Privacy Policy

Beta privacy information for members and creators. The operator, dedicated rights contact, legal bases and retention periods must be finalized before public launch.

Information we use

Account details, profile content, settings, platform activity, moderation records, and technical information necessary to operate and secure the service.

Age and identity checks

The current real-person check creates a short-lived code and a random action, then stores the submitted one-take mini-video privately for review by authorized staff. The evidence is not shown publicly. This check supports a manual live-presence decision; it is not a match against an identity document. A suitable specialist provider remains necessary for provider-backed identity verification.

Security and abuse prevention

JJXHUB uses short-lived signup tickets, request limits, and technical risk signals to protect accounts and reduce automated abuse. Email, network, browser, and first-party device signals are stored in the security system as keyed cryptographic fingerprints rather than raw values. These signals indicate risk only; they do not prove a person’s identity, gender, or age.

Control and visibility

Members should be able to understand profile visibility, message permissions, discovery settings, and notification choices. Message controls can limit who starts a new conversation and whether an invitation is required. Existing conversations remain available until a member blocks the other account. Authorized staff access must be role-based and logged.

Retention and deletion

Information should be kept only as long as needed for the service, legal obligations, dispute handling, and safety. Challenge codes expire after 10 minutes. The retention and deletion period for submitted verification videos must be finalized through legal and safety review before launch. Unverified temporary accounts are planned for automatic deletion after 24 hours.

Forum privacy

Privacy in practice

Who can read your posts

Forum discussions are available to verified members who can enter that room or category. Creator-only areas have additional access restrictions. A forum topic is not an invitation-only club or a private message. Following a room or topic does not make your posts private.

What a pseudonym hides

A pseudonym replaces your profile name and profile link for other members in that topic. Your account remains known to authorized moderators and is not anonymous to the platform. Photos, voices, usernames mentioned in the text and personal details can still identify you. Creator AMA sessions and a category's first topic use the author's profile.

Drafts, votes and reading progress

Drafts are saved to your account so you can resume writing; they are not published to other members. Polls show aggregated results according to the author's visibility setting, not a list of each member's choices. Room notification preferences and reading checkpoints are stored for your account. Poll ballots are not anonymous to the platform.

Media and sensitive information

Forum media uses access-controlled storage and temporary viewing links. These controls cannot stop an authorized viewer from taking screenshots or recording a screen. Check faces, reflections, location clues and file metadata before uploading. Share only what you are comfortable showing to the topic's audience; avoid documents, contact details and unnecessary sensitive information.

Editing, removal and review records

You can edit your own available posts. Removing an item from member view does not necessarily erase moderation evidence, backups or copies already made by viewers. A report preserves the selected item for authorized review. Retention periods and the dedicated process for data-access or erasure requests must be finalized in the Privacy Policy before public launch.

These community rules apply during beta. The full Terms and Privacy Policy remain beta drafts. Operator details, a dedicated rights contact, retention periods and review for the launch countries must be finalized before public launch.
